Is there a deposit? When does the remaining balance need to be paid off?

 

To secure your date and theme, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 5 business days before your event. Please note that Oklahoma sales tax will be applied to your total.

Is there a travel fee?

​

We provide delivery within 30 miles of Moore, Oklahoma (73160). For locations outside of this range, an additional travel fee will apply. Please reach out for specific pricing details. We do reserve the right to decline bookings based on distance.

 

Is there a rush fee?

 

For bookings made within one week of your event date, a $100 rush fee will apply, and themes will need to be selected from those we’ve already created.

 

What is your cancellation policy? 

 

At Unforgettable Events, we don’t offer refunds for cancellations, but we completely understand that unexpected things can happen. In the case of an emergency or weather purposes, we’ll be happy to reschedule your event for the next available date.

 

How much space is needed for a slumber party?

 

Each teepee measures approximately 4 ft. wide by 7.5 ft. deep to fit the twin air mattress.
